So on the way back from the BCS National Championship Game in Miami, we stopped in Titletown for a little R & R. After all, we deserved it for all the screaming and supporting we gave to the Gator Nation. In honor of our 3rd football National Championship we picked up a Willamette ESB kit from Hoggetowne Ale Works before we left town.Our good buddy (and part time Heartache brew-hand) Josh stopped by to help brew this 4.6 oz. of whole leaf hops goodness yesterday. I must say this might have been the nicest brew day we have had to date. I took a few shots with my G1 of the boil, hop additions, and clean relaxing setup. We were loungin (cue Mr. Smith) with microbrews from Coronado Brewing Company, cigars, music, perfect weather and a laptop connected to our brewery Slingbox... man oh man, we had it good!
